We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are often custom-made, please review the following:

1. All Sales on Custom Orders Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom prints, sublimation, embroidery, or made-to-order items), we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has started.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at magnoliacprinting@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or correct the order at no additional charge.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads or design proofs

  • Gift cards

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the product amount (minus shipping) will be refunded.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all design proofs and details before final approval.
